Aluminum foil for pharmaceutical packaging mainly adopts continuous casting, rolling, quenching, hot rolling, heat treatment and other processes. During production, the aluminum ingot is first heated to a certain temperature, and then the aluminum liquid is injected into the mold through continuous casting technology, and it is rapidly cooled and formed through a cooling belt. Next, rolls are used to roll the continuously cast aluminum foil into a strip of aluminum foil of a certain width and thickness.
