Aluminum foil for pharmaceutical packaging mainly adopts continuous casting, rolling, quenching, hot rolling, heat treatment and other processes. During production, the aluminum ingot is first heated to a certain temperature, and then the aluminum liquid is injected into the mold through continuous casting technology, and it is rapidly cooled and formed through a cooling belt. Next, rolls are used to roll the continuously cast aluminum foil into a strip of aluminum foil of a certain width and thickness. After quenching treatment and grinding, the surface of the aluminum foil is smooth and high in precision. Through hot rolling and heat treatment and other processes, the aluminum foil has good deformability and corrosion resistance.
